Karmraji institute of Computer Science & IT (KICS & IT) is under the management of Karamraji Thakurdeen Smarak, Sikshan Sansthan,(KTSSS) which stands registered with U.P. Govt. Administration under Act 21 , 1860. The compliances of the sansthan is non-sectarian, its main object is to spread education and provide employment to the unemployed. The motto of the sansthan is “Servire Deo Est Servite Homini” which means “ SERVICE TO HUMANITY IS SERVICE TO GOD” The institute aims at spreading computer education among the poor and socially backward sections of the society. The institute run on no profit no loss basis.

And it is an autonomous scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India.
